Pasta is a great source of complex carbohydrates to give you sustained energy. Explore different types of pasta like brown rice, corn, or black bean. Heap it into a bowl and mix in your favorite sauce.
There are so many possibilities with potatoes. Try cutting them into wedges and baking with your favorite spices, or baking the potato whole, or get crazy and make some delicious mashed potatoes.
Like pasta, rice is packed full of energy. White or brown, it doesn’t matter. You can eat it plain or mix it with beans, veggies, tomato sauce or any number of other ingredients.
Your body is over 70% water so keeping hydrated is key for internal and external health. Hydration keeps your skin moist and elastic, while also helping to keep you regular and many other benefits.
